TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)
I will do:
- Fanarts / Original Characters.
- Simple monsters or animals (e.g: kemonomimi, pokemon).
- Song-based illustration (e.g.: cover song, album illustration).
- Up to 4 people for group illustration in one artwork at this moment.
- Artworks for commercial purpose should be discussed in advance.I do NOT accept:
- R18/NSFW (OTP is fine).
- Mecha, furries, muscular people.
- Realism/real people photos turned into anime.
- Overly detailed design/background (white background/flat color is free).
- NOTP is unfavorable to do.
REQUIREMENTS DURING PROCESS:
1. The completion time will take about 3-12 weeks or longer after the rough sketch/draft is done. For urgent request, you may consult the timeline but I also have the right to refuse if it doesn't match with mine.2. Please provide clear descriptions/image references of the requested character. You are encouraged to attach character reference sheet or pose examples if possible.3. Complicated character design, advanced render (painting style, backgrounds), or other special request (e.g: for animation or large artwork size) may raise the price by 10-20% of the base price. I also have the right to reject if I consider the requested artwork is beyond my capability.4. Once I accept a request, I will provide the rough sketch. You may ask for minor revisions during this process.5. I do NOT accept major revision over completed artwork.6. The completed artwork will be sent through email.
PAYMENT AND REFUND:1. Please deposit the 50% of the total payment after the agreement has been made and the rest after the overall artwork is completed (I use Paypal only). For Indonesian, I accept local bank transfer or online wallet (GOPAY, OVO, & Jenius).2. I will start working after the payment has been made. Therefore, I consider you have read and agreed with the T&C stated.3. You may cancel the request and get full refund when it's stated that I can not complete the commission.4. No refund once I have started working for the commission.
ABOUT COPYRIGHT USAGE:
1. The commission is for personal use only. Please send a separate inquiry for commercial commissions (e.g.: VTuber commissions. album illustration, commercial song illustration, etc).2. Clients may upload the completed artwork to their social media with credit.3. Please do NOT edit, copy/trace, sell, or claim the finished artwork as your own. Only the respective clients are allowed to print for personal use.4. I may add the completed artwork as my portfolio (with watermark).
